Who we are

This website is operated by Third Places LLC, which builds custom booking and membership management software for private member clubs. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact form.

What we collect on this site

This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioural profiling. The only information we collect is what you type into our contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your club or organisation name
• The message you write

Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Server logs are used solely to operate and secure the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not send newsletters or bulk email to addresses collected here.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained while we are in active correspondence and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Server access logs are rotated on a short cycle. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Where it is stored

Data submitted through this site is stored on servers we control, located in the United States. Access is limited to Third Places LLC personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry. The site is served over HTTPS.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you have submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we will honour valid requests under applicable law.

Club platforms we operate

Booking and membership systems we build and host for individual clubs are separate from this website. Member data in those systems belongs to the club, is governed by the agreement between Third Places LLC and that club, and is not covered by this policy. If you are a club member with a question about your data, please contact your club directly.

Children

This website is intended for club operators and administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
